This is a web-based medical consultation interface built with Blazor and MudBlazor. It allows doctors to manage patient data, including vitals, history, and current medications. The UI provides tabbed sections for documenting chief complaints, history of present illness, selecting diagnoses (ICD-11), and managing prescriptions, alongside side panels for live notes, reminders, and clinical decision support.
