A credit is equivalent to message you send to the AI. Attaching a image to message will cost additional one credit. Each plan offers different number of credits per month.

What is your refund policy?

Generally, no refunds for monthly plans because each call to AI models incurs a costs. If you have a specific case where something unusual happened, please reach out on our email "contact@radha.so".

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

No, the output generated by paid plan users will not be used for training. However, the output generated by free plan users may be used for training in the future.

What are the models used by Instruct UI? What is their privacy policy?

We use models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google via paid API plans. Their privacy policies apply.
